Post-Program Overview

After your program, we ask that you document your progress and expenses. For more details on our expense eligibility rules, please review these guidelines carefully before sharing your reports. As part of the reporting process, grantees must submit a program survey with receipts and an expense form.

We ask that organizations that receive large grants (generally over $10,000) create their own interim and final reports. If you are a larger organization or if your grant is more than $10K, please visit our Large Grantee Reporting page.

Items to Keep in Mind:
  • Please make sure to include your contact information as well as the description and dates of the program.
  • Please include photos (if available). Please do not share any photos or materials that cannot be shared publicly.
  • We are also interested in any advice/lessons learned that other grantees could find useful. Please provide any tips or advice that other organizations running similar programs would find useful.
  • We also encourage you to send handouts or other program resources.
  • Please send samples of print or online ads that you’ve used to bring in participants to your programs like social media ads, flyers or postcards. We’ll highlight some of them on our website so others can get ideas for advertising they can use in their communities.

Reimbursement and Reporting

What to Send

Please submit the following when you request reimbursement for eligible expenses:

  Receipts
 Expense reimbursement form or equivalent
  Program survey

We Encourage Grantees to Include

Photos — please do not share any photos that can not be shared publicly.
Marketing examples — please send samples of print or online ads that you’ve used to bring in participants to your programs such as social media ads, flyers or postcards. We may add them to our marketing gallery.
Program resources, such as handouts.


Reimbursement Notes to Remember:
  • We reimburse only after a program is completed and receipts have been submitted. (In the case of multi-session programs we will reimburse a maximum of two times, so please hold your receipts and submit them in a batch.)
  • We ask that grantees also submit a program survey with receipts and an expense form.
  • We only reimburse for eligible expenses.
  • We do not cover the entire cost of a program
  • We must have documentation to reimburse for any costs submitted.
  • It may take up to a month before you receive reimbursement.
